2. Nature of TEJAS services
TEJAS offers holistic energy, spiritual-wellness, numerology, guidance and related personal-growth services online and in person. These services are complementary wellness practices and are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial diagnosis or treatment.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. A parent or lawful guardian must arrange and consent to any permitted service for a minor.
4. Enquiries and appointments
- An enquiry or website booking request is not a confirmed appointment.
- An appointment becomes confirmed only when TEJAS confirms the date and time through WhatsApp, telephone, email or the Nehuls platform.
- Availability shown on the website may change until confirmation.
- You must provide accurate contact and appointment information.
- TEJAS may decline, reschedule or discontinue a service where it is unsuitable, unsafe, unavailable or outside our scope.
5. Prices and payments
Where payment is required, the applicable price and taxes will be disclosed before payment. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another authorised gateway. TEJAS does not receive or store your complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
A payment is considered successful only after verification by TEJAS or its payment provider. Failed, pending, duplicate or disputed transactions will be handled according to payment-provider records and applicable law.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully, not interfere with its security or operation, not submit false or harmful information, and not misuse another person’s identity or contact details. You are responsible for a suitable private environment and reliable internet connection for online sessions.
7. Intellectual property
The TEJAS name, logo, website design, text, graphics, session materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to TEJAS. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Recording, copying, republishing or commercially exploiting a session or material requires prior written permission.
